for Stronger Healthcare Facilities
Celebrating 10 Years of Innovation, Leadership, & Growth
The New York State Healthcare Facilities Conferences is a dynamic gathering of leaders, innovators, and professionals dedicated to the critical mission of healthcare infrastructure and operations. In an industry defined by 24/7 operations and an ever-evolving regulatory and technological landscape, healthcare facilities professionals face extraordinary challenges. This conference explores how these challenges—ranging from stringent compliance requirements and the demand for N+1 resiliency, to aging infrastructure, limited capital access, and the pressure to modernize without disrupting critical care—can be transformed into opportunities for innovation and strength. Through expert-led sessions, collaborative workshops, and real-world case studies, attendees will gain actionable insights into building more reliable, adaptable, and future-ready healthcare environments. Join us as we move from challenge to change—together.

Who should attend:
Professionals engaged directly or in support industries to healthcare facility operations, design & construction, security, emergency management, infection prevention & control, and support services.
About the NYS Healthcare Facilities Conference
The New York Healthcare Facilities Conference was established in 2015 when a few Upstate New York American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) chapters came together to create an opportunity to network, learn, cultivate new partnerships and build friendships within the New York State healthcare facilities profession. The ASHE mission to advance members' ability to design, build, operate, and maintain a physical environment that supports excellent care; quality service; safe, efficient, and effective operations; and financial success is the underlying theme of the New York Healthcare Facilities Conference. Currently, this conference includes five New York State ASHE Chapters that serve as host to over 400 conference attendees annually.

From these ASHE chapters a group of volunteer committee members teleconference and work year round to obtain relevant speakers, exhibitors and sponsors. The result of their efforts is evident in the rapid growth and enthusiasm that surrounds this conference each year. In 2018 the committee successfully introduced a dual speaker track providing relevant facility design and engineering presentations. The inclusion of a student scholarship program as well as an interactive website and an enlarged exhibitor space were also implemented, again bringing record attendance. This year's conference presents an improved website, a reorganized floor plan and a third speaker track as we strive to meet the expectations of our sponsors, exhibitors and attendees.
