Sponsorship Packages
Each sponsorship level includes your exhibit booth, as well as meals and admittance for 2 attendees. The exhibitors floor plan can be seen under the 2024 Conference tab.

Sponsors and exhibitor registration includes admittance and meals for 2 attendees. Following Booth/Sponsor registration each individual MUST register as a  "vendor attendee" to generate a badge for conference access. Additional attendees need to register at the individual rate under the "attendee registration" tab and pay the attendee registration fee for each additional attendee.

Exhibitor Set Up and Break Down Details

Exhibitor's may begin setup anytime Sunday, October 19th from 10am to 7pm. Exhibit booth break down will be after 4pm on Tuesday, October 21st.

 

Each booth will be carpeted and will include a 6' table with a tablecloth, 2 exhibitor seats, and electricity.
